52Hertz is a dating application that uses an AI-guided interview, structured profiles and compatibility simulations to help users decide whether they want to connect.

The service is an aid to understanding. It does not guarantee a relationship, mutual attraction, absence of conflict or any emotional outcome.

The service is strictly limited to people aged 18 or over. Date of birth is requested at registration and may be checked.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account up to date. Impersonation and use of someone else's account are prohibited.

Users must act respectfully. Harassment, threats, hate, unsolicited sexual content, manipulation, extortion attempts, spam and illegal use are prohibited.

52Hertz may limit, suspend or delete an account if these terms are breached or if there is a risk to other users.

Photos may be checked automatically before becoming visible. Explicit, deceptive, violent, illegal or non-representative images may be rejected.

Users can report, ignore or block another user. Reports may be reviewed automatically or manually.

Reports are generated from user-provided information, weak signals and simulations. They should be read as decision support, not as psychological truth.

52Hertz does not provide medical, psychological or legal diagnosis. Conclusions may be incomplete or uncertain.

Some services may be paid: premium subscription, extra automatic search or manual attempt. Purchases are handled by the App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat.

Refunds follow App Store or Google Play rules. 52Hertz does not process card details and does not guarantee refunds outside platform procedures.

You may delete your account at any time from the app. Deletion disables your profile and starts data deletion under our Privacy Policy.

52Hertz may suspend or terminate access in case of fraud, abuse, safety risk or breach of these terms.

The service is provided on a best-efforts basis. We work to keep it reliable, but interruptions, errors or unavailability may occur.

You remain responsible for your conversations, meetings and decisions. 52Hertz is not responsible for other users' behavior beyond its reasonable control.

These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts of Paris may have jurisdiction unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
